Chapter 1: The Power of Feeding Your Spirit
Beloved, let me tell you something profound: you are what you feed your spirit. Your ears are spiritual taste buds, and every word you hear has the power to either build your faith or sap it away. The Bible declares that the Word of God is life and medicine to all your flesh. So, feast on the Word daily, unapologetically, and wholeheartedly.
The enemy wants you distracted—watching movies, working endlessly, or indulging in fruitless chatter. But child of God, when you prioritize the Word, miracles happen! I recall a woman who came to Healing School broken, frail, and without hope. But she stayed immersed in the Word. Day by day, she blossomed. Her testimony? “I got so full of the Word, there was no more room for cancer!” Hallelujah! That is the power of a Word-fed spirit.
Put yourself on a strict diet of God’s promises. Listen to sermons that stir your faith, read Scriptures with expectation, and surround yourself with voices that lift you higher. Neglecting this is spiritual starvation. So, rise up and declare, “I will be strong in the Word!”
Chapter 2: Exercising Your Spirit for Victory
Now that your spirit is fed, it’s time to exercise it. Faith isn’t just believed—it’s spoken! Romans 10:9 shows us how salvation itself is birthed: by believing and declaring. Your words are not ordinary—they are spiritual weightlifting for your inner man.
Speak the Word boldly! Say, “I am strong!” Say, “I am healed!” Speaking in tongues, praising God, and walking in love are all spiritual exercises that fortify your spirit. The fruit of the Spirit—joy, peace, patience—are not passive; they are actions that strengthen you daily.
But listen carefully: feeding and exercising aren’t enough if you’ve got spiritual drains. Fear, worry, and strife are deadly leaks to your spiritual vitality. Don’t let the enemy rob you. Shut those drains by refusing distractions and choosing peace. Declare, “I am strong!” every day, and watch your spirit grow resilient.
Chapter 3: Declaring Strength and Receiving Miracles
Child of God, now it’s time to activate your faith. Joel 3:10 commands, “Let the weak say, ‘I am strong!’” Don’t just think about strength—declare it. When you say His Word, you’re unleashing His power.
I’ve seen the miraculous happen through this very principle. Bedridden people, frail and hopeless, began to whisper, “I am strong.” As they kept speaking, strength manifested. They stood, they walked, and they lived. Why? Because the Word works when spoken in faith.
Say this with me: “It is God who girds me with strength and makes my way perfect!” Say it again until it fills your spirit and drives out weakness. The same God who made you strong before will do it again. Don’t stop; don’t waver. Keep declaring, keep believing, and watch your life transform.
Glory to God! Your miracle is closer than ever.
